What's your return policy?

We offer FREE returns & exchanges for full refund or store credit on all U.S. domestic orders when claimed within 30-days of your order being delivered. 

Can I exchange an item for another product?

Ahh yeah! Just enter your email above, select the item(s) you want to return and follow the steps to create a label. Once the return label is generated, you'll receive a code for an Instant Refund voucher which you can use to place a new order for the style/color you want. If nothing is catching your eye right now, don't sweat it. We'll refund you back to the original form of payment once we receive the return.

Can I return an international order?

Of course! We offer returns for a full refund on all international orders when claimed within 30-days of your order being delivered.  If you are sending back a return from outside the U.S., please use your preferred courier service and send your stuff to:

PLEASE NOTE: For international orders, we are only able to refund your order if you cover the return shipping cost within same 30-day window. Unfortunately, we can't offer free return shipping labels for international returns at this time.

Happy Returns is a convenient, no-hassle way for Crap Eyewear customers to return online purchases. If you’re dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply bring the product to a Happy Returns location near you. The best part? You don’t have to pack or ship a thing. How soon will I get my refund?

Once your items are delivered to and inspected by our warehouse, you'll get your refund back typically within 48 hours.

What items are returnable?

Full-price items claimed within 30-days of delivery, in their original packaging, unused and in same condition they arrived.

What items are non-refundable?

Items marked as final sale such as purchases made during our seasonal sales and online mark-downs.
