Common Returns Questions
What's your return policy?
We offer FREE returns & exchanges for store credit on all U.S. domestic orders when claimed within 14-days of your order being delivered. If you're within the same 14-day time period and would like to have your order value refunded that's cool too, we just ask you cover the small return shipping fee (It's no more than $7 bucks).
Can I exchange an item for another product?
Aww yeah, just enter your email above and, when prompted, be sure to mark the box for exchanges. We'll send you a shipping label on the house, along with instructions to complete the exchange.
Can I return an international order?
Of course! We offer full refunds on all international orders, you just have to cover the return shipping cost within that same 14-day window. Unfortunately, we can't offer free returns or exchanges for store credit on international orders at this time.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your refund back on the typically within 48 hours.
What items are returnable?
Items delivered within 14 days in their original packaging, unused and in same condition they arrived.
What items are non-refundable?
Items marked as final sale such as purchases made during our seasonal sales and online mark-downs.
