What's your return policy?
We offer FREE returns & exchanges for full refund or store credit on all U.S. domestic orders when claimed within 30-days of your order being delivered.
Can I exchange an item for another product?
Aww yeah, just enter your email above and, when prompted, be sure to mark the box for exchanges. We'll send you a shipping label on the house, along with instructions to complete the exchange.
Can I return an international order?
Of course! We offer returns and exchanges for a refund or store credit on all international orders when claimed within 30-days of your order being delivered. PLEASE NOTE: For international orders, we are only able to refund your order if you cover the return shipping cost within same 30-day window. Unfortunately, we can't offer free return shipping labels for international returns at this time.

Happy Returns is a convenient, no-hassle way for Crap Eyewear customers to return online purchases. If you’re dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply bring the product to a Happy Returns location near you. The best part? You don’t have to pack or ship a thing. Returns will be processed immediately on-site, and can be issued as store credit or refund to the original payment method. Click here to find a Happy Returns location near you.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your items are delivered to and inspected by our warehouse, you'll get your refund back typically within 48 hours.
What items are returnable?
Items delivered within 30-days in their original packaging, unused and in same condition they arrived.
What items are non-refundable?
Items marked as final sale such as purchases made during our seasonal sales and online mark-downs.
